Book an appointment.

1. Choose the type of visit (If we’ve met in the past 12 months, choose Followup Visit.

   2. Please leave “Video Visit” unchecked.

   Checking it would send you a reminder with a link to DrChrono which isn’t great. We’ll meet at doxy.me/drjoshuamorris

   3. Enter required information (including at least one phone # and DOB)

   4. Choose preferred time

   5. Scroll down and click “Submit Appointment Requests”

   You should receive an e-mail confirming that the appointment was made. I will send an invitation for you to join the OnPatient portal. This is very important as it lets us communicate safely and adds some other functions. Most importantly, it will let you complete the intake paperwork which is necessary before we meet. The intake paperwork is done through the “check-in” process. You should see a “Check-In” button next to your appointment. Please include a profile photo when doing the check-in process. If you don’t have a file you’d like to use, it will give you the option to use a webcam. I’m MUCH better with faces than I am names…
